About Vincent P. D’Angelo
Vincent P. D’Angelo was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Widener University School of Law. Vincent has a variety of interests in addition to the law; as an avid outdoorsman, he spends as much of his leisure time as he can in Yosemite National Park. He is also a lifelong fan of Thoroughbred Horseracing. As a student of thoroughbred pedigrees, Vincent was able to obtain a job in Northern California right out of law school working for a consulting firm who served thoroughbred breeders in the US and abroad.
After relocating to Northern California, he successfully completed the California Bar exam and was licensed to practice law by the State of California in December 2001. He opened his practice in Tracy in February 2002 where he has proudly served clients in the greater San Joaquin County area ever since.
His practice involves three main areas: personal injury, estate planning, and social security disability claims. See below for some of Vincent’s accomplishments in these areas.
Personal Injury
Vincent has obtained many successful settlements for clients injured in auto accidents over the past 20 years.
Social Security Disability Claims
Vincent has assisted dozens of clients with social security applications. He has successfully gained approval of their past due benefits prior to a hearing, as well as successfully advocating on their behalf in front of an administrative law judge. He has dozens of fully favorable decisions after a hearing.
Estate Planning
Vincent has completed dozens of successful trust administration matters for clients losing loved ones with a Trust.
Probate
Vincent has successfully completed dozens of probate petitions in San Joaquin County along with six other surrounding counties, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, Stanislaus, Merced, Lake, and Amador.
In addition to the above specialties, Vincent assists clients with general practice and problem solving issues.
